okay shoot me for being a typical basket but for a mainstream game it's actually rather good. If you're a fan of the Diablo series then this is like that but without all the items and character customization. It's a fast paced top down scrolling smash fest with focus on special moves over basic attacks. It quite handily adheres to the tastes of many kinds of play from the more reserved players who back off and plan their attacks to the savage button mashers who like to act before thinking. It can be played smart or instinctively, slow or fast, but teamwork is a major part. There are two bases, yours and theirs, and your goal is to take over their base without your base being destroyed. You can run in, set traps, block their path or pick of sneaks and stragglers who are trying to get around the fray.

Staying alive is not the objective here, it's working for a greater goal, whether that be aiding your allies in the heat of battle or keeping things behind the front line running smoothly. The good thing about knowing the player's user names here is that you can learn how others play and know who to send where. A fantastic game to play with friends working together whether they are people you know or just other players you find in game. Can get a bit samey at times when traffic is low and there isn't much in the way of players but come peak flow and each battle is as unique and different as the personalities of those playing it.

I just don't like base take over games. Not that this isn't a good one it is certainly one of the best I have ever seen but it is just not to my taste to fight and die over and over again and get screwed by shitty other members or try to learn how to play the game when people already have close nit friend groups. just feels awkward all the time and if you have a shitty internet connection like me then you are going to have a bad time with a game like this

personally i never experienced that
there were plenty of people that welcomed me into their little clique and teamwork just flows
no leroy jenkins here or at least they have the sense to be the really overpowered close range character that everyone leaves to do damage while they protect their own

connection seemed to work real good too.
only had problems when the connection cut out completely.

we do have pretty shitty internets here but we also got cheap provider so...

everyone still uses copper wires

half of america doesn't even have phone lines so..
