I plan to watch a couple of episodes of Pokémon Indigo league tomorrow but it may take a while to show it coz I gotta process it. I am going to make a review for the channel as a one off (at least for now) so I can show you guys my experience. I haven't watched it in a good while so this should be lots of fun and I can't wait to analyse it as well!

not sure if carebears counts

technically it is an anime as a lot of european toons from those times are classed as animes now. other than being japanese they were identical in art style and design

I wouldn't say Carebears is an anime but a cartoon. It depends on how many anime style things it inherits and how many people who worked on it are Japanese or Korean, at least that is how I figure it. Carebears doesn't look anime enough for me but I can't really say it factually coz there is no real definition nowadays so make your own choices if you wish

the entire art team was japanese on carebears. hasbro bought in a japanese animation company specifically for it and transformers

they just got them for carebears but the art team wanted to make something with giant robots and the rest is history
